Shipments are free, starting from 50 euros of purchase for peninsular Spain without small print, without conditions Take advantage of it!

Only shipments of orders from mainland Spain of more than 50 euros are free of charge, for orders from the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla consult us budget at 633936591.

Remember that the minimum order on our website is 13 euros, taxes not included. Returns for breakages in transport.

Your breakage returns are accepted within 48 hours of receipt, of course we take care of returning the amount of what you have paid us.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 14 calendar days, from the date of delivery of the order, to return it.

You don’t have to give any explanation of why you give it back if you don’t want to, it’s your decision, just give it back.

We refund all your money, except for shipping costs.

Logically it must be unused and in its original packaging, suitable for further sale, including warranties, labels and instructions for use.

It is very important that when you return the products to us they are well packed, in this way they will not suffer any damage in the transport.

We do not accept return of technological products if they lack the original seal, except for factory defects.

We also cannot accept exchanges or returns on equipment that requires assembly.

VERY IMPORTANT:

Returns of products that involve a high hygienic commitment will not be accepted.

Unless they have not been removed from their original packaging, which maintains hygienic guarantees for a subsequent buyer.

Once we receive the goods and verify that all the above conditions are met, masterinsole.com proceeds to the refund of your money according to the payment method made, and, where appropriate, to the shipment of the new product:

  1. If you made the payment via credit card, you will be credited the amount on the same credit card.
  2. If you made the payment by wire transfer, we will ask you for an account number to pay the amount.
  3. If you made the payment with a refund, we will ask you for an account number to pay the amount.

Note. You will receive the refund of the amount within a maximum period of 15 days from receipt in our warehouse of the exchange or return product.

Please note that if you paid by credit card, your bank may not show you the refund amount in your balance until the following month.
